VMware ACE Solves Training Headaches for TSI Terminal Systems. TSI Terminal Systems (TSI) is Canada's largest shipping terminal operator and recently needed a way to integrate a new ERP system and train 1,200 users, on a set schedule, all without expanding IT headcount. They looked to VMware ACE to address their training needs, and were especially interested ACE's unique ability to lockdown desktop environments. Once deployed, they found other valuable uses and have realized hundreds of thousands of dollars in bug fixes, staff time, facility and training center costs.
