Superdry's cloud architecture review - insights and improvements

Superdry, a leading clothing brand, aimed to modernize its cloud infrastructure and minimize failures and downtime. Daemon, an AWS Well-Architected Partner, conducted a Well-Architected Review in three phases. Initially, Daemon performed a pre-discovery analysis to understand Superdry's workloads and identify misconfigurations. Then, Daemon collaborated with Superdry stakeholders to review the architecture and prioritize remedial actions. Finally, Daemon implemented key remediations, like enforcing encryption and enhancing workload resilience. This process significantly improved Superdry's cloud reliability and security with minimal time and resources.
