The network built for the modern Credit Union
Credit Unions everywhere are changing the way they run the business. IT needs to support strategic initiatives such as rapid migration cloud services, work from anywhere, and tightening of security defenses. At the same time, IT is also required to become leaner, faster, and more agile than ever before. This is easier said than done. MPLS and P2P networks are not optimized to support increased use of the Internet and lack visibility. Security defenses are not optimized for branch internet access. Remote access solutions are difficult to use and can’t scale. This is why Guardian Credit Union turned to Cato Networks to transform their WAN and security. Based on Gartner’s Secure Access Service Edge (‘SASE’) framework, Cato Networks provides Credit Unions, with a simple, secure, and optimized network built for the digital business. Come to this timely Webinar and discover: - How to affordably overcome the challenges CUs face in evolving their IT infrastructure - What converged network, security, cloud and remote access capabilities are available to CUs - Ways to use SASE to eliminate complexity and reduce costs Who is this webinar for? IT leaders and network and security managers, looking to position their teams and infrastructure to readily support the modern Credit Union business. Who Should Attend: Credit Union IT leaders and network and security managers looking to increase IT agility while reducing costs and risks.

Merge Security and Networking or Close Your Business
Gartner’s 2019 Architecture on the Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) set the stage for closing the gaps in security created by the distributed environment created with the deployment of Wide Area Networks over public infrastructure (created with IPsec and SD-WAN). This was underlined and emphasized with Forrester’s 2021 paper on the Zero Trust Network Edge. The Forrester paper also directed Enterprises to merge their networking and security teams or ‘Sunset Your Business’. While one could view this statement as hyperbole, in reality it does not go far enough. • IT Silo’s complicate security and network connectivity • The Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) requires a risk based approach to protecting data and this involves new ways of thinking about identity, privileged access, segmentation and defense • Enterprises need to migrate to an ‘All of Enterprise’ approach to security and this will involve more than just the network and security teams • IT Culture will need to change and we will explore how to solve both the organizational and technological issues facing Business and IT Leaders today

The Advantages of Transparent Cloud Network Security
Maintaining and enhancing cloud network visibility has never been more important for driving business results — and yet the challenges to enabling this necessary transparency are quickly evolving and increasingly complex, with 75% of organizations now in need of better network visibility. In a cloudscape of more insidious network threats and sophisticated attackers, how can businesses better protect their workload applications without compromising availability for both users and developers, which is imperative to their organization’s productivity and growth? In this inaugural episode in AWS & Fortinet’s series about next-gen cloud security capabilities, hear from our host and expert guest speakers to learn about best-in-class solutions for cloud network security that help businesses safely enable better transparency for app developers and users — ultimately, driving their organization’s bottom line. Key topics include: -Challenges to maintaining cloud network transparency — and why doing so is critical -Solutions for enabling network security transparency that doesn’t compromise security -Business outcomes of implementing the solutions Presented by Fortinet's Aidan Walden, Global Director of Public Cloud Architecture and Engineering; AWS's Sameer Vasanthapuram, Partner Solutions Architect; and Johna Till Johnson, CEO of Nemertes

Redefining Network Infrastructure Strategies: What is the Key?
Network infrastructure outages occur due to various factors like natural disasters, intentional attacks, and network failures. These outages are likely to result in the unavailability of critical network elements, impacts on services, and disruption of traffic flows. In order to protect themselves, companies should aim to implement strategies that both enable them to resist and tolerate failure and to recover mission critical communication elements within a business acceptable timescale. However, achieving this whole commitment can become a huge feat, dependent on the scope and age of the infrastructure, engagement with network providers, local distribution across multiple types of connectivity and services as well as the resources and network capacity necessary to manage the organizations “technology estate”. Companies should ask themselves (as a starter) what strategy they are planning for and how they can best achieve this strategy within their technology structure. Tune into this session presented by our business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber resilience and major incident expert Steve Yates as he brings to light tips to redefine network infrastructure strategies in the “new world” as well as areas that companies must consider when considering resources and timescales for restoration of critical network services. Viewers are encouraged to privately share their major concerns in advance if they wish to gain the most from this session. Viewers will come away from this session with the following takeaways: - Become aware of common challenges they may encounter. - Form an understanding of redefining strategic direction. - Ensure your organization embraces a joined-up thinking approach when delivering infrastructure resilience.
